In the week 23rd – 27th November 2015 in Bisceglie, Italy a Transnational Training on Entrepreneurial Competences was hold. The training was organized from our lead partner Gal Fior d’Olivi within the ELIST Project (European Learning Innovation for Sustainable Training). It was focused on innovation, diversification and sustainable development in rural areas.

CISO in SMEs – IS knowledge tailored to the needs especially of SMEs/MEs
We finalized our CISO in SMEs project. Within the project we transferred the blended learning scenario from our Austrian and Italian partners, based on e-learning platform developed, curriculum and set of learning materials, tailored for IS professionals which responds to the needs and requirements of Information Security workers employed in SMEs. CISOinSMEs project – Dissemination Conference in Albacete, Spain
On 23 and 24 September 2015 in Albacete in Spain took place last Partners meeting and the conference ending the CISO project.
At a conference on 24 September , participants presented a demo version of the training on the platform as well as the results of the evaluation of pilot training in Poland, Bulgaria and Greece.
The speakers at the conference were representatives of the Perimeter Security and Sophos , offering modern solutions for the protection and security of information .
ELIST 2nd Transnational Meeting Athens, Greece 7th – 9th September 2015
The second transnational project meeting took place in Athens, Greece, hosted by our Greek partner AKEP.
Partners made presentation of general research results in terms of training needs (questionnaires) and proposed methodologies, of good practices selected by each partner, underlining which elements they would like to see included in the training, of the proposal for the training course structure and development as well as of the proposal for ECEVET implementation in the training course
Next to our project work on administrative matters and financial management, we had a guided visit to the Lavrio Technological and Cultural Park (L.T.C.P.) L.T.C.P. is pioneer project by the National Tchnical Univrsity of Athens which aims at rehabilitation of the industrial building complex of the former French Mining Company, in order to create a
development pole which will gather research and business activities. At the end of 2000, the project was completed and as a result today at the L.T.C.P. 15 conveyors and business companies are established.
Transnational Training on Entrepreneurial Competences in Bisceglie, Italy
We would like to inform our partner that a Transnational Training on Entrepreneurial Competences will be organized between 23rd – 27th November 2015 in the beautiful region of Puglia, in Bisceglie, Italy. The training is within the ELIST Project (European Learning Innovation for Sustainable Training).
Training on Entrepreneurial Competences is a 5 days Training Course, where 70 participants, from 7 countries, will have the opportunity to explore the idea of entrepreneurship and sustainable development in the rural areas.
This initiative offers a new approach to these issues, through the direct involvement of participants: in fact they are the protagonists of the entire designing process for a training curriculum of Entrepreneur of sustainable development, creating opportunities to meet and debate, aiming at a sustainable development and focused on good practices.
The sessions will be mixed, formal, non-formal and practical, with space for feedback and evaluation, with a session for reflection each day.
The path of the training will be an opportunity to make choices and make decisions. The attention of young people and young entrepreneurs for so urgent problems can make it turn into a mission not only at the national and international level but worldwide.

Pilot training course on Information Security
We at GENERATIONS did our pilot training course on Information Security last week. All trainees agree the training was well worth it! We think we made learning easy, effective, engaging, and productive and realized there are so much more benefits than expected.
Our attendees were mostly IS trainers and SMEs – owners and staff that run companies – decision makers for IT security, employees with basic IT skills, responsible for the data protection in their companies, managing directors, IT managers, department heads, sales managers, thus interested and motivated to become acquainted with the specific branch – Information Security for SMEs.
