{"id":345,"date":"2026-07-10T13:19:45","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T13:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/generations-bg.eu\/?p=345"},"modified":"2026-07-15T14:00:36","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T14:00:36","slug":"methods-tools-and-good-practice-approaches-to-support-young-peoples-occupational-orientation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/generations-bg.eu\/en\/methods-tools-and-good-practice-approaches-to-support-young-peoples-occupational-orientation\/","title":{"rendered":"Methods, tools and good practice approaches to support young people\u2019s occupational orientation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Work on it! project consortium met for the second time on the 18th and 19th of May in Sofia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We selected methods, tools and good practice approaches that will facilitate persons working with young people to motivate and support young people\u2019s occupational orientation together with our practice partners. They will be compiled in a Handbook of good practice and tested by the practice partners. During the meeting each partner introduced one method example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the testing period the methods and tools will be edited with recommendations&nbsp;on possible actions based on the feedback of the practice partners and pictures in the handbook in a way that also practitioners without an explicit pedagogical education can implement them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an action guideline it will be available for practice partners, practitioners and further stakeholders.
