There, they have the chance to map out an individual\u2019s profile of soft skills acquired in their lives and work experiences. Users can be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>national authorities responsible for reception and integration of refugees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reception centers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>employment assistance services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>education and training advisers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-governmental organisations and charities offering services to women, migrant and refugees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women at risk of social exclusion, mainly migrant and women over 45 age and those that need to improve their employment opportunities by soft skills and labour experience recognition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main goal is the&nbsp;<strong>improvement of employment opportunities<\/strong>&nbsp;for women by assessing their acquired soft skills&nbsp;<strong>and a following training<\/strong>&nbsp;on those that are required to improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"263\" src=\"https:\/\/generations-bg.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/campanha-en-06-e1560022569692.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/generations-bg.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/campanha-en-06-e1560022569692.jpg 350w, https:\/\/generations-bg.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/campanha-en-06-e1560022569692-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the questionnaire, women can create a&nbsp;<strong>Certificate<\/strong>&nbsp;by themselves or be conducted by a job advisor \/ social worker\/ mentor that will help filling the 47 items divided by 8 main soft skills. Each item is valued in a scale where 1 is the lowest and 4 the highest level of value. Afterwards, the results will be shown and sent by e-mail in a form of a summary certificate in PDF format that can be saved or printed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For improvement and development of the lowest scored soft skills, the professionals will recommend women to follow exercises and training using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201229181132\/http:\/\/www.whomenplatform.eu\/resources-for-operators\/\">training program for woman<\/a>&nbsp;offered by WhomeN Project.&nbsp;You can find suggestions for training in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201229181132\/http:\/\/www.whomenplatform.eu\/services-for-women\/\">Services for Women<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is also advisable that women, who will complete WhomeN training program (or other training programs on soft skills) repeat the self-assessment questionnaire by the end of the training to measure their evolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Find out all the information you need in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201229181132\/http:\/\/whomenplatform.eu\/whomen\/rsc\/User-guide-whomen-tool_EN.pdf\">Guideline<\/a>&nbsp;document at the Platform, as well as the information on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201229181132\/http:\/\/whomenplatform.eu\/whomen\/rsc\/Info-soft-transversal-skills_EN.pdf\"><strong>Soft Skills<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of this and more \u2013 from Gender Equality and intercultural aspects guidelines, to the methods of training for trainers \u2013 can be found in the complete&nbsp;<strong>Protocol&nbsp;<\/strong>in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201229181132\/http:\/\/whomenplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/FINAL_PROTOCOL.pdf\">English<\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>or&nbsp; the summary in&nbsp;<strong>all partner languages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This platform, developed by the Italian partner COSPE Onlus, was developed specifically&nbsp;for women at risk of social exclusion&nbsp;(Migrants\/Refugees or +45 years old women looking for job opportunities)&nbsp;and professionals working with them.
