The desire of the founders of the association is to follow the common&nbsp; European idea of Lifelong Learning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Generations<\/strong>&nbsp;shares the principles of tolerance&nbsp; and peaceful coexistence between different communities, the principles of civil&nbsp; society and gender mainstreaming, European policies and values, contributing to&nbsp; building a bridge between generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The m<\/strong><strong>ain objectives of \u201cGenerations\u201d association are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To\u00a0 develop, approve, and promote intergenerational\u00a0 transfer of national and spiritual values in education,\u00a0 science, culture, technology, etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To do researches, to develop and apply the\u00a0 experience, principles and policies of other countries, connected with the integration of people aged\u00a0 55 +, reducing the generation gap and increasing the intergenerational dialogue;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To work actively and assist the process of managing the differences through dialogue,\u00a0 partnership and consensus;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To&nbsp; achieve its objectives the association&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>performs&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>the following activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing and realization of\u00a0national and international projects, integration\u00a0in social networks of\u00a0 target groups\u00a0in order\u00a0to study the latest advances in practices and policies for convergence and\u00a0overcoming of\u00a0the generation gap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing training programs in diversity\u00a0management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of trainings and internships for representatives of different generations,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 aimed at overcoming differences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiation and participation in symposia, congresses and\u00a0conferences, seminars and workshops, roundtables, contact exchanges,\u00a0participation in working groups and\u00a0other forums,\u00a0in pursuance of\u00a0\u00a0the basic objectives of the Association;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developing strategies, programmes, analyses, surveys, prognoses and other events in order to build an effective dialogue between generations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Association&nbsp;Generations is an association of experts&nbsp; working for many years in education and adult learning, with extensive&nbsp; experience in project management&nbsp;of&nbsp;EU programs&nbsp;like Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig,&nbsp;other like&nbsp;Phare&nbsp;or some funded by the Social funds.
