We started our active project work with our Kick-Off-Meeting in Weimar in November 2015. At this occasion with were reassured that job orientation for young people is a relevant topic in the partner countries.
At this stage of the project we already had contact to our local practical partners who were quite interested in participating in the project and interested in the targeted aims and objectives.
Within the next weeks we developed a questionnaire tool and led a lot of interviews with our practice partners about the methods, approaches and tools they use when they support young people by their competence assessment and job orientation. Altogether we received 43 methods, tools and good practice approaches. 36 of them were included into a first draft of our “Handbook of good practices”.
