In March 2016 was organized the third meeting on the project Diversities @ Work. It was held in Austria and the host this time was the Economic Chamber of Vienna. Traditionally was made a review and analysis of the work on tasks, which were set for the period October 2015 – March 2016 by the project consortium . One of the most important products to be developed within the project, is the Handbook on Management of Diversity. After a detailed analysis of existing legislations, supporting programs, social and educational measures in the field of anti-discrimination in all aspects of social life in the countries of the project consortium, was define the main topics of the handbook.

Besides workshop was organized information event – open discussion on Diversity Management in the Business. Representatives of the Economic Chamber of Vienna, companies, NGOs took part in the event and issues, important for HR experts and managers at different levels were discussed. It was mentioned, how crucial can be the diversity management for development and high efficiency of work in the companies. Topics discussed were also raising of awareness of school teachers, university professors and adult educators on issues, related to the theme LGBT. Suggestions were made for the future use of the handbook, which has to be issued within the project time, for design and implementation of tools in adult trainings and HR management.
