We started recruitment process for pilot training in Poland, Greece and Bulgaria!

2During our project meeting in Sofia (28-29.April 2015) we discussed the project pilot training phase.

Training is addressed to owners and employees in micro, small and medium companies who want to gain or get confirmation of having knowledge and competences of management of information security in the company.

1Training will be conducting as blended -learning training with face to face session and training on e-learning platform.

After training partcipants will take exam in line with VCC standard and get certificates.

To take part in the training candidates should fill in documents:

*declaration of participaantion

*the employment confirmation

After that please contact with relevant Coordination from Poland, Bulgaria or Greece (contact you will find in “Project Partners” bookmark)

SEACW – Social Ecosystem for Antiaging, Capacitation and Wellbeing

ELIST first project meeting in Bitonto Italy

ELIST_Logo_FINAL (1)On the 2nd of February 2015 we, the project consortium of six European countries – Italy Greece Spain Turkey Portugal and Bulgaria, met in Bitonto, Italy, for our first international project meeting, hosted by our lead partner GAL Fior d’olivi.

DSC02677Young managers in the sector of agriculture and agro-alimentary, peripheral agriculture, and tourism, young people and women from rural and urban periphery, adult learning practitioners are the beneficiaries of the ELIST project. The project wants to bring people together to support rural communities to acquire the necessary skills and competences to the new labor market’s needs building on innovative tools and solutions.

DSC02700Next to our project work on administrative matters and financial management, we had a guided visit to historical centre of Bitonto. During the meetings hosted in Gal Fior d’olivi head office in Terlizzi and the study visit in an olive farm in Masseria, we shared iInitiatives to support entrepreneurship and training. Best practices in rural area in Puglia region with public funds were presented.

Pilot training course on Social Management

DSC00012We at GENERATIONS also did our training course on Social Management. All trainees agree the training was well worth it. We think we made learning easy, effective, engaging, and productive. We realize there are so many more benefits than the certificate. It helped us to design our own training plans and programs, and to motivate others to participate as well. Lecturers and trainees determined and coordinated together a framework of the areas and terms of training. The management theories and the thinking models were discussed and compared with the experience and potentials of the trainees, and the steps for practical implementation were coordinated. Particular importance was attached to creating a network among the trainees and to learning from each other both during the seminar and afterwards. Perhaps one of the biggest benefits is the appreciation that one can be learning all the time, even if you are not in a formal training program

CISOin SMEs kick-off project meeting in Lublin

2The first project meeting was held in Lublin from 20-21 of November 2013. The idea of the kick-off meeting was presented together with all technical and financial issues in order to start planning the project activities in details for the next few months.
